Your first day of convention activities begins Thursday, November 16. Tours begin on Friday, November 17. We will meet in the hotel lobby at 8:30 A.M. for a 9:00 A.M. departure each day. Return is estimated to be 2:00 P.M. each day.

Across Arizona Tours will meet those that registered in the lobby of the hotel. This sightseeing tour will be conducted by a certified Arizona Guide who has been extensively tested for knowledge of Arizona and handpicked for the ability to provide you with a tour that will be pleasurable and informative. The bus or van will be attractive with comfortable seating, large windows and a speaker system to clearly hear your guide. Complimentary bottled water will be provided for your pleasure. Entrance fees and gratuities have been provided in the package.

City Tour with Heard Museum 11/17/17
An Across Arizona Tours guide will take you on a scenic tour of Phoenix and Scottsdale, a place called “The Valley of the Sun”. Phoenix was built right in the middle of the Sonora Desert and all of the beauty and lushness that it holds. The highlight of the tour is a stop at the world famous Heard Museum, dedicated to native American art. Additional sights will include the Arizona state capital, the historic Biltmore resort (influenced by Frank Lloyd Wright) and then downtown Phoenix. This tour will last approximately 4 hours.

City Tour with Desert Botanical Gardens 11/18/17
Phoenix, Arizona is a beautiful city, which is also steeped in history yet has all of amenities of a modern city. Across Arizona Tours will share more of Phoenix with you as you continue to tour this amazing city. You will take in all of the highlights like Chase Field, U.S. Airways Center, the State Capitol, and Old Town Scottsdale, a shoppers dream come true.
The highlight of this tour will be the Desert Botanical Gardens where you can experience the Sonora Desert first hand. You will be amazed at how lush the desert really is. Then we will travel to old town Scottsdale to the shopping district, and the paradise valley mansions district where homes range from 5 to 25 million dollars. This tour lasts approximately 4 hours.
